INTRODUCTION
From a young age, I developed a passion for creative pursuits such as photography, graphics, and creative writing. I enjoyed exploring new ideas and collaborating with like-minded individuals. Following my instincts, I volunteered for seven years in non-profit organizations as a media and communication manager. Although I didn't have any formal training, I learned the ropes through hands-on experience and developed my project management skills. I soon discovered my true calling lay in connecting human resources with clients and target audiences, and meeting their needs.
While pursuing higher education in Denmark, I was fortunate to participate in the KEA Ignite entrepreneurial internship program. With the support of the KEA Startup Hub, I was able to conceptualise a solution and get learnings about how to develop an idea to a business plan for 21motions, a digital matchmaking platform for content creators and local businesses.
PROCESS - Business concept
The one-month discovery phase resulted in a brief market research study, including:
- Competitor Research, benchmarking
- and Trend analysis.
Additionally, I've conducted both quantitative desk research and qualitative research through interviews with our two target groups to gain a deeper understanding of their needs and preferences.

PROCESS - Digital solution concept
The two-month second phase working in a team ow two consisted in
Step 1: Strategy development - Personas and user stories; Establishing the brand identity; Problem formulation for the digital solution.
Step 2: Prototype development - Visual identity and design system (Typography, Colors, Logo and design elements, UI components, Layouts); Navigation structure,; Wireframes; Content; High-fidelity mockups and Interactive flow.
Step 3: Web development - Defining tech stack and folder structure; Flow chart; Optimizing the website performance; Collaboration an testing througrought the process.
As a result of this period we've created a 90-page research and process report with the digital solution including:
- Figma prototype;
- Design system;
- Mockups for concept presentations;
- a demo web solution with a marketing video.
